ROOM MAKEOVER: CONCEPT ONLY
ANY ROOM $600
Virtual consultation to assess the room(s), identify your needs, your budget and help you find YOUR style. If you prefer, I offer in-person consultations where I come to your home for an extra $250
Personalised styling plan provides you with detailed steps to follow to transform your space that you can work through at your own pace. I’ll give you all my interiors tips and personalised guidance that fits your budget and your needs. This will include an overall look or theme to follow, a colour scheme, suggested space planning, and which items to remove, replace or add in.
A mood-board showcasing the overall look and feel of the room. This will include the items you already have, paired with items you need to source along with the colours I recommend.
Trade supplier List and access - I will supply you with a list of my wholesalers, you are welcome to peruse their sites and I can give you discounted access to their furniture and homeware.
A 30min follow-up phone call is included to discuss your design
*Further follow-up calls or onsite visits will be charge on an hourly rate basis

2D Visual of your room or a moodboard Using a photograph of the space I will create a visual of how your newly designed space will look. For some projects it will be more useful to do a moodboard to see all the colours and furniture together but not ‘in situ’.
Sourcing - I will manage the time consuming process of sourcing furniture, décor + materials. I'll provide you with various options for each item you need in your room, making sure they fit with the overall design and the specs we need. I'll provide images with direct links to retailers and wholesalers so you can pick your favourites and go to view them in person. This will give you access to trade suppliers discounts and access to unique furniture and décor.
A 30min follow-up phone call is included to discuss your design + ask questions.

Are you thinking about updating your paint work so you want a bit of advice on colour? Or perhaps you have some burning questions about the best sofas to buy, or what style art to look at. We can discuss whatever you want and if you need further help after the call you can either choose one of my other packages or we can define what else you need from me on an hourly basis.
SOURCING + SHOPPING
$100 PER HOUR (est timing agreed)
Finding furniture and décor items that work well in your space can sometimes be the hardest bit! Searching out the right size sideboard, or the perfect tile for your bathroom is harder than it sounds and very time consuming. I can help find those key items and send you options via online links for you to purchase. I have wholesale agreements with furniture, flooring, lighting, fixtures and tile suppliers so can offer you discounts too.
STYLING TO SELL YOUR HOME
CONSULT + REPORT $800
I can help you get your home ready to go on the market. This includes an in-home consult where I will assess each space and give you a report detailing what changes to make (depending on how much or how little you want to do).
Once you have worked through the report you have the option to have me back prior to the photographer coming. At this point I will help to pull the look together, styling everything from the beds, to the décor and art. Those details and finishing touches can massively impact the appeal of your home to potential buyers.
